What is the lamp made from?

Our lamps are 3D printed using PLA, a plant-based material commonly made from renewable resources such as corn starch. It’s lightweight, durable, and a more environmentally conscious alternative to many traditional plastics.

Does the lamp get hot?

No. Cloudy is designed to be used with an LED light source, which produces very little heat during normal use. Please use only the recommended LED bulb/light source and avoid incandescent or other high-heat bulbs.

How long does it take to make my lamp?

Each lamp is made to order just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to print and prepare your order. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Are all lamps exactly the same?

Because each lamp is individually 3D printed, you may notice small variations in texture or subtle print lines. These are a natural part of the 3D-printing process and make each piece slightly unique.

Can I mix and match colors?

Yes! Our Mix & Match option lets you pair your favorite shade and base colors to create a Cloudy that feels more like you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as we haven’t started printing your lamp yet. Because every lamp is made to order, once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my lamp?

Because our lamps are made to order, returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. If your lamp arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help make it right.

How do I clean my lamp?

Gently wipe your lamp with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products, abrasive sponges, and excessive water.

Where should I use my lamp?

Cloudy is designed for indoor use only. Keep it away from direct heat sources, excessive moisture, and prolonged direct sunlight.

My lamp arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos of the lamp and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help you with the next steps.
